I'm seeking a British phone call operator to handle customer inquiries and support for my small business. Your role will involve taking messages for callbacks, so a polite, professional, and friendly telephone manner is essential.
As my business is quite small, your services will be required on an as-needed basis. When a buyer requests a phone call, I will pay £5 per call (each lasting around 2 minutes on average). I will also need recordings of these calls to monitor for any issues.
