Bilingual voiceover assignment

Looking to hire a bilingual Asian voiceover talent who can gloss English to Asian audios and record a voice over for it. You will be given an English audio to simply construe them to Asian and read it at the proper timing. We’re looking for bi-lingual long term work with a good and reliable voice over.  Thanks!
