Bilingual Spanish/English Audiobook Narrator

I am looking for someone who is fluent in Spanish and English to narrate a 30,000 word book that teaches Spanish to English speakers. It will be a very simple and straightforward audiobook. I need a neutral English and Spanish accent.

The finished audiobook must meet ACX standards. I will require a 15 minute milestone to check to make sure the audio is ACX compliant.

I will have a list of words that I need pronounced in both languages. That is what the audiobook will be.

I am interested in a very soft, slow voice. This audiobook is meant to be listened to while sleeping. There must 1 to 2 seconds of silence between each word, and then 3 seconds of silence between each grouping of words

Please send audio from this example script with 1-2 seconds of silence between the Spanish and English versions of the word and 3 seconds of silence at the end of each translation. For example for the first two lines in the script that say,
"Uno one uno
Dos two dos"
I would like it to be read like this:
"Uno (1 second pause) one (1 second pause) uno (3 second pause
Dos (1 second pause) two (1 second pause) dos (3 second pause)

I will not consider any applications without this audio sample.
