I am looking for a professional who can provide me with Australian mobile numbers and handle customer support inquiries through incoming calls.
Responsibilities:
- Provide an Australian mobile number for customer contact
- Receive customer support related calls
- Effectively handle customer inquiries via phone
Skills & Experience:
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Understanding of customer assistance and guidance techniques
- Ability to efficiently resolve customer inquiries over the phone
- Experience with customer support in Australia or familiarity with Australian market conditions and trends is a plus
- Fluent in the English language, both in writing and verbally.
