Audio of english to be written in english maybe subtitles

I am looking for someone to help me write an audio to help enhance the reading experience of my publication. I already have an existing voiceover recording that needs to be written in English. The audio will accompany the text and may be used for subtitles in the publication. I am looking for someone with relevant experience who can help me quickly and efficiently to achieve this goal.
