"Acted" female voice over (160 words, American accent only)

I'm looking for a female actor's voice recording of two short scripts, each approx. 80 words. I've attached the script, and a recording of a real person performing the script. I would like to maintain the natural sound of that audio recording, including the filler words, hesitations and other hallmarks that show this is not being read (which it wasn't). If possible please provide a recording sample that shows your ability to perform a script like this sounding natural and unscripted. The voice should have an American accent. I have $50 for this project.
