ANIME RECAPS VOICEOVER AND SCRIPTWRITER NEEDED

I need scriptwrite for videos like anime recaps .SOmeone who will summarise and create a script and also i need a voiceover .Need long term.IF everything goes well.There would be more work.PLease provide samples .Template bids will not be seen.On a tight budget but as the channel grows the price will also grow.Write Football if you read the whole .ALL IN ENGLISH .Preferably someone who has good knowledge in anime
