On-camera talent for 2-3 min self-tape
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I'm casting 4–5 on-camera performers (real humans, US-based, English-speaking) to each record a 2–3 minute self-tape of themselves speaking to camera.
To be clear on what this is: a simple on-camera self-tape, not a video editing or AI content creation project. No AI tools, no animation — just you, your camera, a professional setup, and you speaking naturally for 2–3 minutes.
The recording will later be used to create a public-facing AI avatar featuring your face and voice — Akapulu users can speak with this avatar in real-time conversations, and we may showcase it in promotional content. A short talent release covers this usage (see below).
What I need from you
• A confident, natural delivery that shows clear, articulate speech, expressive facial expressions, and a professional appearance.
• A polished environment: an office or other professional-looking background, soft even lighting, minimal echo, and no background noise.
• Recording quality of 1920×1080 (or better), shot in landscape, with stable framing.
Script & creative direction
I'll supply a concise outline that sets the scenario and key talking points. You're free to bring your own personality as long as the core message stays intact and the tone remains friendly and conversational.
Usage & release
A short e-signature release covers voice/likeness consent for the AI avatar and marketing use. You can request removal at any time.
Payment
The fee is $150 USD per approved recording, paid once the video passes our technical and performance checks.
Process
1. Quick ~10-minute video call to walk through the project and confirm your recording setup.
2. Short e-signature release (voice/likeness consent, removal-on-request).
3. Record the self-tape. Takes ~2–3 minutes once you're set up.
