Voiceover & Screen Recording for Property Presentation
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I have a completed PowerPoint presentation titled “Foundry Property – New Build vs Established for Investors” and a full slide‑by‑slide script. I’m looking for a freelancer to record a professional, calm, educational walkthrough of the deck and deliver a finished MP4 video I can use as an on‑demand training/lead magnet.
This is NOT a hypey sales pitch – it should feel like a trusted advisor explaining the numbers.
Deliverables
Voiceover Recording
Record the provided script in sync with the slides.
Tone:
Professional, clear, trustworthy
Warm and conversational, not “announcer” or salesy
Accent:
Strong preference for Australian accent (male or female), but open to neutral accent if the fit is right.
Clean audio: no background noise, pops, or echoes.
Screen Recording / Presentation Video
Record your screen while presenting the PowerPoint (or use another method to sync slides to audio).
Show each slide long enough for viewers to read the key points.
Light movement/zoom on slides is a bonus but not required.
Final output: MP4, 1080p preferred.
Target duration: around 15–20 minutes.
Source Files (Optional but Preferred)
Separate audio file (WAV/MP3) of the narration.
Project file if you use editing software (Premiere, Camtasia, etc.) – optional.
What I Will Provide
The PowerPoint file (and/or PDF) of the full presentation.
A complete slide‑by‑slide narration script.
Brand guidelines for tone and a sample of my logo/colors so you understand the style.
Requirements
Demonstrated experience with:
Corporate/explainer voiceover work, and/or
Recording narrated presentations or training videos.
Ability to follow the script closely but still sound natural.
Good communication and willingness to do one round of minor revisions (e.g. pacing, small misreads).
Style & Tone
Think: trusted property/finance advisor, not a salesperson.
Pace: steady and clear – viewers should have time to absorb the numbers on each slide.
No heavy music required. If you add light background music, it must be subtle and royalty‑free.
