Voice Recording for AI Training
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
I’m putting together a fresh English-language speech dataset to improve a new speech-recognition model and I’m looking for people willing to record their own voice. Male, female, or children’s voices are all welcome—the broader the range, the better the model will learn.
Here’s how it works: once you join the project, I’ll send you a series of short, everyday phrases and single words. You’ll record each prompt in a quiet space using any decent smartphone or microphone, then upload the raw WAV or high-quality MP3 files. I’ll handle all post-processing; I only need your clear, natural speech.
Deliverables I expect
• A folder containing all assigned prompts recorded in sequence
• Audio kept free of background noise and clipping
• A simple spreadsheet (or text file) mapping each filename to its prompt
When I receive the files I’ll run a quick quality check—accuracy of prompt reading, clean audio, and correct file naming. Once everything passes, I sign off and release the milestone immediately.
If you’re interested, drop a message and I’ll send the prompt list along with brief recording tips so you can start right away. Looking forward to adding your unique voice to the training set!
