Video Voiceover Update

I have an existing video that is otherwise fine, but the information in the narration is now out-of-date. The task is straightforward: keep every visual element exactly as it is and replace the current audio track with a freshly recorded voice-over that reflects the new script I will provide.

Here’s what I need from you:
• Record a clean, studio-quality voice-over that matches the timing of the original cut (±1-2 sec is fine; I can tweak minor edits myself if needed).
• Sync the new audio to the footage so the pacing feels natural and no lip-sync issues appear with any on-screen speakers.
• Deliver the final video in the same resolution and format as the source, plus the separate WAV/MP3 of the narration for my archive.

The original file, time-coded script, and reference audio will be supplied as soon as we start. If you notice spots where the visuals and new wording drift, flag them; small text call-outs or simple cuts can be adjusted on my end, but I welcome your suggestions.
