Description:
I'm looking to hire a dedicated, full-service video production team (Travel Topic researcher, Video Scriptwriter, Voiceover & Video Editor) to create high-quality YouTube videos for my travel documentary channel.
I only need someone who can handle the core creative production of each long-form video:
From travel location research & Youtube SEO, then scripting to cinematic 4k video editing, Premium AI voiceovers, SEO optimization. This will be a long-term, monthly position for the right team, and ideally suited for a team of skilled professionals.
Please don't apply if you have no experience or knowledge for travel topics and Youtube.
Scope of Work (Monthly):
• Create 12–16 faceless videos per month, 3 videos per week minimum!!
• Each video should be 45 minutes to 65 minutes long, engaging, cinematic videos, cinematic video editing (like a real movie documentary) background music & sound effects, documentary-style
• Niche: Travel documentaries (inspiring, informative, visual storytelling)
Responsibilities:
1. Niche Research & Strategy
◦ Research travel trends and high-CPM sub-niches
◦ Analyze competitors to identify opportunities
2. Scriptwriting
◦ Write engaging, plagiarism-free, high-retention scripts
◦ Structure content for viral potential and viewer retention
◦ Need to have either Claude or ChatGPT for script writing
3. Voiceover
◦ Use our premium voice of our current videos
◦ Voice will need to be cloned – audio sample provided
◦ Needs to be able to use (elevenlabs or minimax audio etc) (paid plan required)
4. Video Editing
◦ Source royalty-free and paid commercially licensed footage from platforms like Storyblocks, Envato Elements, artlist.io etc.
◦ Add cinematic 4K video clips, cinematic background audio with Sound effects, dynamic titles, B-roll, smooth transitions, location titles, Cinematic video editing style!!
◦ Use Ai image to video if needed – free tools
VIDEO EDITING QUALITY NEED TO BE IDENTICAL to those Youtube channels “True Globe”, “True Horizons”!!!!Very important
5. Revisions & Licensing Requirements
• Up to 2 script revisions per video
• Up to 2–3 video revisions per video
• The editor must maintain valid commercial licenses for all stock music, footage, and sound effects used
• All corresponding license files must be provided to ensure full compliance for YouTube usage
Approval & Communication Process
• All stages require my approval before moving forward:
1. Video topic along with a brief research report
2. Full video script
3. Final edited video
• A maximum of 2–3 revisions is allowed per script, video.
What You Should Offer:
• SEO Travel topic locations research
• Engaging, Original Scripts – you have access to claude or chatgpt premium plan
• Premium Human or AI Voiceover – You have access to a paid Ai voice generator like elevenlabs
• Professional Video Editing – You have access to Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, etc.
• Stock Footage + Background Music – You have access to licensed stock footage platforms (e.g. Storyblocks, Envato Elements)
• Text Animations
Budget:
500 – 600 AUD / month
This is a fixed monthly rate for consistent delivery of 12–14 full-length videos and complete service as outlined.
Long-Term Potential
This is intended to be an ongoing collaboration with long-term contract & growth potential. If results are solid, bonuses and higher monthly rates are possible. If we grow you will grow with us!
