Tamil 3D Passage Animation

I have a short Tamil passage that needs to come alive as a concise 2-3 minute 3D animated video, complete with a synced Tamil voice-over. The script is ready; what I need from you is the full creative treatment—storyboarding, modelling, texturing, lighting, animation, audio recording and final compositing—so the viewer feels as if the words are unfolding visually in front of them.

The narration must be in clear, natural Tamil. I’m flexible on whether the voice is male or female, as long as pronunciation and emotion match the visuals you craft.

Deliverables
• Final 1080p (or higher) MP4 video, fully mixed
• Separate voice-over WAV file
• Project source files (so minor edits can be done later)
