Shorts Subtitling & TTS Voiceover - quick project
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I will send you a one-minute clip together with the raw subtitle text and give you access to our CapCut and ElevenLabs seats. Your task is to turn that footage into a scroll-stopping vertical short ready for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube.
Here is what I need in the final export:
• Clean, perfectly synced subtitles in a modern, easy-to-read style.
• An English voice-over generated through ElevenLabs (feel free to tweak the settings so it sounds natural and engaging).
• Light-weight motion elements—emojis, simple text animations and, where it makes sense, small custom graphics—to keep the pace lively without feeling cluttered.
• 9:16, 1080 × 1920, H.264 MP4, under 60 seconds.
I’m open to any faster subtitling or motion-graphics workflow you already have; as long as the end result is on-brand, energetic and delivered as one ready-to-upload file (plus the CapCut project file), I’m happy. Let me know your typical turnaround time and share a sample short if you can.
