I regularly shoot walkthroughs of my villa and apartment developments and need each clip turned into a polished, professional-looking video that is ready to publish on my YouTube channel. The narration is just as important as the visuals: every video must include a clear, confidently delivered voice-over that explains the project configuration and key selling points. You can record this yourself or generate it with high-quality AI—as long as the diction is natural and the pacing matches the visuals I am fine with either approach.
Once picture and sound are balanced, I will need the finished file exported in YouTube-friendly 1080p (or higher if the source allows) and a short title card with my branding baked in. If you are comfortable uploading directly to my channel, even better; otherwise simply deliver the final MP4.
