Professional Host for Property Videos
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I’m producing a series of real-estate walkthroughs that need a polished on-camera presence. Each video will run a little longer than two minutes and will be pushed out primarily on social media, so the delivery has to grab attention quickly while still sounding authoritative and trustworthy. I already have the filming locations, scripts, and basic shooting schedule lined up; what I’m missing is a professional, formal anchor who can carry the narrative from the exterior drone shot right through to the closing call-to-action.
You should be comfortable reading from a teleprompter or working from bullet points, able to hit real-estate terminology accurately, and happy to record multiple takes when needed for pacing. If you have access to a studio setup with clean audio and 1080p (or higher) video, even better—otherwise I can arrange a local crew and simply need your on-camera talent.
Deliverables:
• Finished on-camera segments for each property, recorded in landscape, ready for my editor to drop into the existing timeline.
• Two alternate takes of the opening and closing lines to give us flexibility in the final cut.
• Raw footage transferred via Google Drive or WeTransfer within 48 hours of shooting.
