PowerPoint Revamp for Onboarding & Safety

We're looking for a skilled PowerPoint editor/designer to enhance our existing on boarding and safety training presentations. The goal is to make the slides more engaging, visually appealing, and easy to follow for new employees in a field services environment.
Project Scope:
*Revamp and modernize PowerPoint layouts with Company Colors and logo
*Add animations, graphics, and visuals that clearly represent field safety and compliance topics.
*Insert professional Voice-over narration (male-female, clear and confident tone).
* Ensure presentations are compatible with Microsoft Teams and Smartsheet links.
*Improve readability, Consistency, and Flow of information.

Ideal Candidate:
*Strong background in PowerPoint design and multimedia editing.
*Experience creating corporate or safety training materials.
*Ability to add or edit voice-overs using professional audio tools
*Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Deliverables:
*Updated and finalized PowerPoint files ready for training use.
* One version with voice over and one version without
*One version of work editable and one version not
* 2 days turn around to complete project.
