Voice Talent Recruitment Requirements (17 Languages)
We need to recruit voice talents for 17 languages. Talents can be ordinary people; no professional experience is required. They may record using their mobile phones in a quiet environment.
Note: The following noise types must not be present in the delivered audio:
Dog barking
Car horns
Music
Voices from non‑speakers (external voices)
High‑frequency noise (e.g., electrical hum, sharp/static noise, etc.)
Recording style: Freestyle monologue (single speaker).
Content diversity: Ensure content diversity within each subcategory. Where possible, please provide paired audio and transcript files (audio–text pair).
Demographic coverage per language: Cover all the following age groups – Child (<13), Teen (13–18), Young Adult (18–30), Middle‑aged Adult (30–50), Senior (50+). The overall speaker pool for each language must maintain a 1:1 male-to-female ratio.
Speaker allocation per language: Recruit a sufficient number of unique speakers to ensure:
Demographic coverage requirements are met;
All required subcategories are covered.
Contribution limits:
Each speaker may participate in up to 3 subcategories (subject to recording duration limits).
Total recording time per speaker: 3–5 minutes across the project.
Each audio sample length: 1.5 minutes.
Payment:
$10 USD per approved subcategory recording (1.5 minutes).
For example, if a speaker records and passes three subcategories, they will receive $30 USD.
Each speaker may record up to three subcategories in total.
Please find your own content to record according to the requirements of the manuscript, which can express emotions. After recording, the text should be typed word for word at the same time. Audio and corresponding text are required for submission. This project is for internal training, and those who pass the sample sound need to sign an authorization letter for internal sound training. Please refer to the attachment.
