Male American YouTube Narrator Needed for Large True Crime Channel (No AI Voices)
Budget: $30 – $250 CAD
We are looking for an experienced American voice actor/narrator to become the long-term voice of one of YouTube's largest true crime and mystery channels.
This position is for a human narrator only. AI-generated voices, AI voice cloning, or synthetic narration will not be considered.
Our videos cover true crime, unsolved mysteries, disappearances, and other documentary-style stories. We need someone who can tell these stories in a compelling, natural, and respectful way while keeping viewers engaged from beginning to end.
Requirements
Native American English speaker
Human voice only (no AI voices or voice cloning)
Professional-quality microphone and quiet recording environment
Strong storytelling ability with excellent pacing and pronunciation
Reliable communication and ability to meet deadlines
Comfortable narrating long-form videos (typically 20–35 minutes)
Must be able to provide same-day turnaround for most scripts
Preferred Experience

Record high-quality narration from provided scripts
Deliver clean, broadcast-quality audio with minimal background noise
Follow pronunciation and creative direction
