Legal Document Completion Tutorial Video

Job ID: 39995887

Budget: £250 – £750 GBP

I’m putting together a straightforward, step-by-step screen-recording (with clear voice-over) that shows the entire process of filling out two different legal forms. The finished files will be shared with everyday service users who have no legal training, so the narration has to stay jargon-free and reassuring while still being accurate.

You’ll record your screen as you work through each field of the forms, explaining why certain sections matter and flagging any common mistakes to avoid. Good pacing is important—I don’t want viewers pausing every two seconds, but I also don’t want you racing ahead. A calm, friendly tone is key.

For hand-off, I need the recordings supplied in a widely compatible format such as MP4, rendered at 1080p so users can zoom in on the text without blurring. Please keep any personal details fictional or blurred, and make sure the cursor and form fields remain in full view the entire time.

Deliverables:
• Two separate screen-recorded videos (one per document) with voice-over
• Clean audio tracks mixed into the final files
• Optional: soft captions or an .srt file if you have the bandwidth

I’ll provide blank copies of the forms immediately on award so you can begin. If you’ve produced instructional voice-over content before—especially for a non-technical audience—let me know, as that experience will help the project move quickly.
