Khalijee Arabic VO & Translation

I am producing an adult-oriented educational program and need both the Arabic script and its accompanying narration handled end-to-end. The source material is roughly 23 000 English words (about 190 minutes).

First, I need that text translated into clear, culturally authentic Gulf (Khalijee) Arabic that still feels conversational and engaging for adult learners.

Once the script is approved, I require 240 minutes of studio-quality voice-over delivered in WAV or high-bitrate MP3. The audio should feature between three and five distinct native Khalijee voices so listeners can easily distinguish characters and keep the lessons lively. Consistent pacing with the original timing is important, but I do not need full lip-sync—natural flow for audio-only content is fine.

Deliverables
• Arabic translation in an editable file, matched line-for-line to the original for easy reference
• Separate, clearly labelled audio files for each character and lesson segment, mixed and mastered to broadcast standards (no background noise, peaks below –3 dB)
• A simple cue sheet showing timecodes and speaker changes

I will review the first few minutes of audio plus a representative script excerpt as a checkpoint before green-lighting the full recording.
