Internal Training Video Production

Project Description:
We are looking for a skilled freelancer to produce a short internal training video based on our company's Operations Integrity & Data Protection Policy. This will serve as a reference for employees across departments. The materials (policy text and voiceover script) are ready — your job is to bring them to life professionally and clearly.

Scope of Work:

Voiceover (English – Human Only, No AI):

Use the provided script (attached).

Voice must be formal, clear, and neutral in accent.

Calm and steady pacing (no dramatic tone).

Slides & Visuals:

Use the layout guide provided in the "Policy Video Kit."

Ensure slides are professional, branded (we'll provide the logo), and align with the corporate theme.

Video Editing & Sync:

Combine voiceover and slides.

Ensure smooth transitions and synced narration per slide.

Final Deliverable:

High-quality video (MP4 – HD 1080p).

Duration: around 5–7 minutes.

Upload to Google Drive or provide download link.

Provided Materials:

Full text of the policy (Word file)

Voiceover script and slide suggestions (Word file)

Company logo (to be sent upon confirmation)

Requirements:

Must use a human voiceover – AI or synthetic voices will be rejected.

Prior experience with corporate/training video production is preferred.

Turnaround time: 5–7 days

Final video must be clear, concise, and suitable for internal compliance training.
