Interactive Training PowerPoint Revamp

I have an existing training presentation for Support Workers that feels flat and text-heavy. I want it re-imagined into a dynamic learning experience that truly holds attention.

Here is what I need: the current slides redesigned with smooth motion, layered animations and well-timed transitions, plus embedded video and audio segments so the deck runs as a self-contained multimedia file. Realistic-style illustrations should replace or complement plain text wherever possible, turning key concepts into clear visual stories.

I will supply the full script; please record a warm, easy-to-understand female Australian voice-over that synchronises perfectly with the slide flow. Once recorded, weave the narration directly into the presentation so viewers hear it automatically when the show starts.

Deliverable checklist:
• Updated PowerPoint (or Google Slides if you prefer) with all graphics, animations, videos and synced audio embedded
• Separate high-quality voice-over file (WAV or MP3) for my archive
• Source illustration files in editable format

Acceptance criteria: every slide should include at least one engaging visual or motion element; audio must play without manual clicks; total run time must align with the script length; no external links or missing media. Maximum 10 minutes.
