Hotel Kiosk Demo Video Production
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I need a two-minute demo that walks prospective hotel clients through the full guest journey on our self-service check-in/out kiosk. The story opens with an arrival at a realistic, AI-generated hotel lobby, then follows an AI-generated guest who:
• approaches the kiosk
• scans a booking QR code and ID/passport
• chooses a room, signs digitally and pays
• receives a key card and printed receipt
• heads to the room, ending on our logo and tagline
I will supply the kiosk logo, colour palette and reference photos so you can model a sleek, on-brand unit that fits naturally into the lobby scene. Throughout the video I want a corporate, professional music bed, a clear female voice-over that explains each step, and full captions covering both narration and on-screen actions.

• Main 2-minute video in 1080p and 4K
• Two shorter cut-downs optimised for LinkedIn feed and website hero section (matching aspect ratios)
• Master project files so we can localise later
Smooth pacing, clean transitions, and crisp motion graphics are key. Please include time for a storyboard sign-off and one revision round on the final edit.
