Five How-To Product Demo Videos
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I need a set of five short product-demo videos that walk users through everyday “how-to” scenarios with our software. Clarity and teaching value matter more than flashy motion graphics: each clip should feel like a friendly screen-share or over-the-shoulder tutorial that calmly guides viewers from A to Z.
Here’s what success looks like to me:
• Each video runs 90–120 seconds, staying tightly focused on one workflow.
• Clean screen captures (or crisp camera footage where hardware appears), supported by clear call-outs and minimal lower-third text.
• A warm, well-paced voice-over in neutral English; please handle the script and narration so the flow matches what’s on screen.
• Royalty-free background music mixed low enough that instructions remain front and center.
• Final files delivered in 1080p MP4 plus editable project files (Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve are both fine).
I’ll supply product access, brand guidelines, and a quick outline of the five tasks we want to demonstrate as soon as we kick off. Let me know what past demo or tutorial work you’ve done, which toolset you prefer for editing, and your estimated turnaround. I’m ready to start right away and can respond quickly to keep feedback cycles short.
