Female Voice for Fiction Audiobook
Budget: €12 – €18 EUR
I’ve just finished translating a short fiction work (under 20,000 words) and now want to bring it to life as an audiobook. I need a female narrator who can keep the delivery light and conversational so listeners feel they’re sitting across from a friend, not attending a lecture.
The manuscript is clean and split into eight chapters, which should translate to roughly two hours of finished audio. Please record in a quiet, treated space, remove breaths/clicks, and apply gentle mastering so the final files meet standard ACX specs (RMS –18 dB to –23 dB, peaks no higher than –3 dB, noise floor below –60 dB).
Deliverables
• One high-quality WAV or 192 kbps MP3 per chapter, plus a 1-minute retail sample
• All files labeled clearly and ready for direct upload
• A quick 60-second test read from Chapter 1 approved before full narration begins
• Full rights transfer on completion
