US English Voice-Data Collection Recruitment

I’m running this project on behalf of a recruitment agency that specializes in voice-data collection. Our end goal is to gather 8,000–10,000 UNIQUE speakers with a clear, native-or-fluent US English accent.

Project snapshot
• Each contributor records 20 very short sentences such as “Hi Alexa, how are you?” using the web recorder and script we supply.
• The whole task takes 3–5 minutes per person.
• Accent quality is confirmed through quick voice-sample tests before full recording.
• We run strict database cross-checks to guarantee that nobody records twice, and any duplicate voices are automatically rejected.

What I need from you
I’m looking for partners—other recruitment agencies, voice networks, universities, or large-scale crowd vendors—who can reliably deliver verified, first-time speakers in significant volume. If you already manage sizable respondent pools, student bodies, or community networks, you’re a perfect fit.

Deliverables
1. A steady stream of approved, unique participants until the 8k–10k target is reached.
2. Basic demographic sheet (age range & region) per batch.
3. Clean, quality-checked WAV files produced through our tool.

Acceptance criteria
• Every file must pass accent validation and duplicate screening.
• No background noise, clipping, or metadata mismatch.
• Batches are only marked complete once our QC team signs off.
