English & Arabic Voice Over with Video Editing for Urdu-Based Videos

We are seeking skilled freelancers or a small team who can translate, voice over, and edit videos. The original videos are in Urdu, and we need:

English Version
Arabic Version

Each video will need a professionally synced voiceover and final video export with the new audio track.

Scope of Work:

Translate the existing Urdu audio/dialogue into fluent English and Arabic
Record professional-quality voiceovers in both languages (male/female as needed)
Replace the original Urdu audio in the video with the new voiceover
Ensure synchronization and clean video editing (no jump cuts, awkward gaps, or desyncs)
Final delivery: High-quality MP4 videos with embedded English and Arabic voiceovers (separate video files)

Requirements:

Clear, neutral accent in English and Arabic
Studio-quality voiceover (free from background noise)
Video editing skills (basic to intermediate)
Ability to deliver well-timed, natural-sounding voiceover with proper pacing

Deliverables:
