Energetic Voice Over for Promo video

I already have a short promo video online (see the Facebook link above) for the upcoming Borborbor Group Competition 2026. The visuals, music beds and timing work, but the narration needs to be replaced and the overall edit tightened so the message is crystal-clear.
Here’s what I need from you:
• Write or refine a concise script (about 30–45 seconds) that calls on all Borborbor groups to register for the contest, clearly stating the grand prize of 10,000 cedis plus sponsor souvenirs, with 5,000 cedis for the first runner-up and 3,000 cedis for the second runner-up.
• Record a lively voice-over that keeps the same spirited tone the current cut already has—think energetic, community-driven and culturally resonant.
• Drop the new VO into the existing footage, adjust pacing, clean up transitions and deliver a polished HD file ready for Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp sharing, along with a separate high-quality WAV of the narration.
Acceptance criteria: final video matches the original runtime, audio levels are broadcast-safe, dialogue is perfectly synced, and every key detail (prizes, registration call-to-action, sponsor mention) is clearly audible.
Preferred tools are Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve for the edit and any professional VO chain for clean audio. If you can deliver within a week, let me know—once it’s approved, we’ll go live and start pushing registrations.
