End-to-End YouTube Video Producer Needed

Job ID: 40236961

Budget: €12 – €18 EUR

Summary
We are a small YouTube Automation studio launching a premium faceless channel in a high-RPM educational niche. We operate on a "Recipe-First" model — we deliver a Production Package, you turn it into a finished video.

We're looking for a reliable video producer who can handle end-to-end production — voiceover through final export — based on our instructions. You execute, we strategise.

This is a long-term, recurring collaboration. We start with 1–2 videos per month and scale up. Consistent partners will see increasing volume and compensation.

What We Provide
For every episode, you receive:
The Script — Full spoken word with performance notes (e.g. [Tone: Reflective, Pause 2s])
Visual Direction — High-level guidance on visual style, mood, and key moments (not a shot-by-shot storyboard — we trust your judgement to interpret the brief)
Brand Style Guide — Fonts, colours, recurring assets, tone parameters

What You Deliver
Voiceover: Generate AI voice (e.g. ElevenLabs) following our script's performance notes — or sync to audio we supply. Must sound natural and warm.
Video: Source visuals, apply cinematic editing, gentle motion, light colour grading, and subtle retention hooks as marked in the script. Visual changes roughly every 3–6 seconds.
Export: YouTube-optimised MP4 (1080p minimum) 15-25min video. Clean project files.

Style Direction
The channel's aesthetic is "intellectual sanctuary" — calm, contemplative, and cinematic, but never boring. A slow, immersive experience that still keeps viewers watching.
Yes: Warm, reflective, evocative imagery, documentary pacing, subtle engagement design No: Fast/flashy edits, meme energy, loud transitions, generic stock-footage slideshows, AI slop
Think high-quality long-form YouTube documentaries. Not MrBeast. Not a PowerPoint.

Working Together
Turnaround: ~7–10 business days per video
1 draft + up to 2 revision rounds
Clear communication — flag issues early, ask before guessing
We value creative interpretation within the brief. If you see a better way, tell us.

Why This Is a Good Gig
No creative guesswork — you get structured briefs every time
Recurring and scaling workload — we reward reliability
Professional workflow — clear deliverables, no scope creep

To Apply
2–3 links to relevant long-form edits (documentary or cinematic style preferred)
A short note on your experience and typical workflow
Your per-video rate within or near the stated range
The word "sanctuary" somewhere in your proposal

Looking forward to finding the right long-term partner.
