Create a Comforting Voice Memo

I have a USB video that I’m looking to have words pulled from to make a voice memo for my fiancé, as if his late dad is speaking directly to him. This is for our wedding. Some words that I’d like in the memo may not be said by him in the video, so I need someone who’d be able to create those words based off of his voice. I’m looking for the monologue to be about a minute long.

The voice memo should include:
- Words of wisdom or advice
- Messages of love and support

The tone should be warm and comforting.

Ideal skills and experience:
- Voice modulation and audio editing
- Ability to convey emotion authentically
- Experience with similar voiceover projects
