Project Overview
We are a Singapore-based professional advisory organisation seeking an experienced video production freelancer or agency to produce 21 short corporate YouTube videos — one for each of our AI-powered advisory web applications.
Each video is approximately 3 minutes long and must be professional, branded, and suitable for embedding on a corporate website disclaimer/sign-in page to introduce first-time users to the app.

Mandatory Requirements — Every Video

• Royalty-free background music appropriate to a corporate advisory brand — varied mood across scenes
• On-screen subtitles / closed captions — burnt-in AND SRT/VTT file uploaded to YouTube
• Singapore background visuals — skyline, CBD, SME environments, business settings
• Screen recordings of the actual AI web application being used
• Animated text overlays, lower-thirds, and company branded graphics
• Custom YouTube thumbnail per video

Note: Bidders may propose alternative scene structures if they believe a different flow better suits a 3-minute corporate advisory format.

What We Are Looking For
• Proven experience producing corporate explainer or advisory videos with voiceover and subtitles
• Ability to script, record voiceover, edit, and upload — ideally as a one-stop service
• Familiarity with Singapore business context and visuals
• Capacity to handle a batch of 21 videos efficiently with consistent quality
• Reliable communication and milestone-based delivery
