Summary
Job Description:
We are looking for native Cantonese speakers to participate in an Audio Data Collection Project. The task involves recording real telephonic conversations with bank customer care services in Cantonese.
Each participant will need to:
• Call different bank customer care centers (any banks in your region)
• Record 10-minute conversations per call
• Complete a total of 1 hour of recordings (approximately 6 calls of 10 minutes each)
The goal of this project is to collect natural customer service interactions for AI training and research purposes.
-> Requirements:
• Native Cantonese speaker
• Clear and natural speaking tone
• Access to a phone to make genuine calls to banks
• Ability to follow recording instructions carefully
• Reliable internet connection to upload audio files
-> Payment:
Payment will be made after the client’s approval of your recordings.
-> Project Duration:
Short-term, can be completed within 2–3 days after onboarding.
