App Video Tutorial Creation

I’m looking for a polished video tutorial that walks new users through my app’s key features. The tutorial must:
• Demonstrate the User interface/navigation clearly, showing where to tap, swipe, and configure basic settings.
• Highlight our Special functionalities so viewers immediately understand what sets the app apart.
I prefer a friendly, step-by-step style with on-screen callouts and concise voice-over. Please handle everything from storyboard and screen capture to editing and final export in Full HD. Aim for a runtime of roughly 3–4 minutes—long enough to inform but short enough to keep attention.
