Overview
I'm looking for a German voice-over team to handle dubbing for Chinese/English short dramas. The work involves precise lip-sync and timing alignment, with voice actors having professional recording equipment. The project offers remote flexibility and long-term collaboration opportunities.

Scope of work
- Handle casting and perform lip-synced dubbing for short dramas
- Deliver the revised .srt file and aligned .wav files
- Responsible for voice mixing and timecode alignment

Additional information
Once a stable partnership is established, you may undertake 5–10 short dramas per month.

Ideal Candidate
- Team of around 10 members with a wide range of voice types
- Professional recording equipment or home studio required
- 1–5 years of dubbing experience in TV series or dramas
- Strong emotional expression skills
- Able to perform precise lip-sync and timing alignment
