American Accent Voice Conversion with voice preservation

I have dialogue tracks for several videos that were recorded by a fluent but non-native speaker. The performance, tone, and emotional delivery are perfect, so I do not want a re-record or a different voice actor. I need the existing voice converted so it sounds like a native American English speaker while keeping the original vocal identity intact.

The job requires proven expertise in accent transfer with voice preservation—ideally using neural network-based tools or similar high-quality solutions that avoid robotic artefacts. Once converted, the files should drop straight back onto the timeline with no timing drift, ready for final mixing.
Deliverables

• A quick rundown of the method and any settings used (for future consistency)
Acceptance criteria
• Clear American English accent, native-sounding to casual listeners
• Timbre, emotion, and pacing of the speaker preserved
• No noticeable glitches, metallic tones, or phase issues when synced with the picture
