Voice-Activated Windows Desktop Assistant a voice companion ful screen
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I want to control my Windows PC through natural voice conversations—no typing, no clicks. The goal is a local desktop assistant that listens, thinks with an AI brain such as ChatGPT, then speaks back and carries out real actions on my machine.
Core capabilities I expect:
• Understand spoken commands (English) and answer audibly using text-to-speech.
• Launch, switch, and close any installed application on request.
• Create, rename, move, copy, or delete files and folders through voice instructions.
• Keep the conversational logic on my side—either by running GPT locally or by calling the OpenAI API in the background—so responses feel human-like while system control remains on the device.
Quality I’m looking for:
• Smooth wake-word or push-to-talk activation.
• Clear status feedback (e.g., “Opening Excel now”).
• Error handling if a file path or app name is wrong.
• Simple settings panel to update API keys, voice, or hotkeys.
Deliverables:
1. Compiled Windows installer plus all source code.
2. Read-me with setup steps and permission requirements.
3. Short screen-capture demo showing the assistant opening an app and organising a folder.
