Voice-Activated Mortgage Loan App Development

Need an app builder that can make a speakable mortgage loan applicaiton. The biggest complaint I hear all the time from peopel is they have no time to do the loan and don't know how to answer the questions etc
What's built and working right now:
Real microphone support (Chrome/Edge) — tap the mic, speak your answer, it transcribes
Keyboard fallback — type and hit Enter
14-question conversational 1003 flow covering all the key fields
Progress bar tracking which phase you're in (Getting started → About you → Income → Property → Credit → Final)
AI typing indicators with natural delays so it feels like a real conversation
Summary card at the end showing everything collected, with the "Duane will reach out within 24 hours" close
What a developer would add to make it production-ready
Claude API connection for dynamic follow-up questions ("tell me more about that")
Arive API push so answers land directly in a loan file
Real voice output (ElevenLabs) so it talks back to the borrower
Auth layer, NMLS disclosures, and credit consent capture before the conversation starts
Mobile app wrapper (React Native) or SMS version via Twilio
"build a production version of this prototype" — the code is all visible, they'll have a running start. The brief is: voice-first mortgage 1003 intake, pushes structured data to Arive via Zapier, branded for Mortgage Maestro.
