Google Home Action creation required

Hello,

We currently have a requirement to develop a basic Google Home Action to allow for a radio station to live stream on Google Assistant devices.

These are the requirements:

- To invoke Google Assistant with a 'Hey Google, play (radio station name)' invocation.
- On launch, the action should play the audio stream (link over HTTPS provided).
- On devices with display, at a minimum, show the radio station name and logo. Ideally we'd like it to show dynamic information (now playing metadata and images updating according to the song playing). Suggested screen layout will be provided.
- On launch, the action should be able to call an API URL (link provided) no response is required, just call a URL on launch.

Full source code should be provided on completion of the project along with publishing instructions for us to deploy the action on our own Google account.
