Build a Simple Voice-Only Interview Bot with Email Notifications

**Description:**
I’m looking for a developer to create a **voice-only interview bot** that allows job candidates to answer pre-set questions via their phone or computer. This does **not** need to be a conversational AI — it can be as simple as displaying a question on the screen and letting the candidate record their answer as an audio message.

Here’s exactly what I need:

### Core Requirements

* **Customizable Questions:** I should be able to type in questions (e.g., “Tell us about your experience with Sunny Health Insurance”) and have them appear one at a time for the candidate.
* **Voice Answer Capture:** Candidates should respond by recording audio answers (no text required).
* **Easy Candidate Access:** Candidates access the interview via a simple link — no logins, no downloads.
* **Email Notifications:** When a candidate finishes the interview, the system automatically emails my specified client(s) with:

* Candidate name
* A link to listen to the recorded answers
* No need for my client to log in, download anything, or create an account
* **Multiple Clients:** I can configure multiple email recipients (different clients) for different interview bots.
* **Branding:** The interface should carry my branding (logo, name, etc.).

### Technical Notes

* Preferably use **open-source tools** or lightweight frameworks — keep it simple.
* The key is **frictionless delivery**: the client just clicks a link in the email and immediately listens to the audio answers in a browser.
* I don’t need a complex dashboard, just an easy way to create questions, generate links, and manage client email notifications.
