Native Hindi speakers to record 1000 sentences

#Job Title 1：Associate Data Collection Project Manager
#Responsibilities:
As the Associate Data Collection Project Manager, your responsibilities are as follows.
1. Recruiting at least 100 freelancers (negotiable) who have standard native accent.
2. Training freelancers to be qualified data collector.
3. Check the status of collection and coordinate the team to act accordingly.
**You can also join as a freelancer.
#Salary & Benefits:
*We will provide 1000 native words for each freelancer. Freelancers need to make a full sentence according to each word and record the sentence by mobile APP.
*Each sentence takes 2-8 seconds and the whole data pack (1000 words to make sentences) will usually takes 2-3 hours to record.
*If the correct rate of the recording (1000 sentences) is above 95%,we define it as a qualified data pack.
*We will pay Rs. 500 for each qualified data pack (Also has qualified rate and effective hour requriement), and the PM can get commission of Rs.100 for each.
(If your qualified members number reaches 100 or more, you'll get bonus up to 10000!)
#Language Requirement for freelancers:
1. Native Hindi speaker Only. The recordings should be recorded in STANDARD Hindi language. (Medium or heavy accent is not allowed)
2. Have a mobile phone and a quiet environment to make voice recordings
3. We prefer to cooperate with local PM for long term projects.
