Female Voiceover for Professional English Recording

I'm currently in need of a female voiceover artist who can read and record a 3-hour English script. Here are the specifics:
- Tone: The tone of the script is professional, so an understanding of how to deliver lines in that manner is necessary.
- Accent: At this stage, I don't have a preference on the accent. As long as your pronunciation is clear and distinct, you're highly welcomed to bid for this project.
I hope to work with someone who is not only experienced in voice acting but also has strong reading and recording skills. You need to be able to deliver high-quality, professional voiceovers. Previous experience in voiceover work is appreciated but not strictly required.
Please include relevant experience to your bid, and ideally, a sample of your work. This collaboration could turn into ongoing work for the right candidate.
