I am looking for someone (specifically a man) who speaks English fluently with an American accent exclusively and is between 16 and 28 years old to be my voice commentator on my channel, provided he meets two essential conditions that I will not accept without:
_ He must know how to speak in a friendly manner with laughter because the channel will not be formal but spontaneous and lighthearted.
_ (The most important condition) I am not looking for just a voice commentator but a partner, so to speak, because I will not pay a fixed price but you will be a partner in my YouTube channel with a 20% share of the net profits *and this is more profitable than paying a fixed price*. To avoid your fear of being scammed, I have already prepared a full contract that protects both our rights.
