Secret Shopper Emergency Call Evaluator
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
For the next 30 nights I need a few confident voice actors/tresses to place unscheduled, non-emergency “crime-related” test calls to my dispatch center. You will receive a fresh batch of short scripts every week; choose whichever ones you like for each shift, but make sure every call sounds spontaneous and emotionally true to the scenario. Our operators have limited experience with crime-related situations, so the realism of your delivery is vital. They must believe your calls.
After each call, submit a brief evaluation that focuses on how the operator’s tone and professionalism matched the gravity of the story you presented. I am not measuring response time or procedural accuracy—only the human side of the interaction and whether it put you, as the caller, at ease. This is a secret shop to ensure that our operators are properly trained and we will use the information that you give us to evaluate this.
Schedule
• One call per night (minimum) for 30 consecutive nights
• Calls must be spread across different hours to keep the team unaware
Each person call only make a total of 15 calls each.
IF multiple calls are made in the same night then the 2nd call must be related to the first call.
No heavy accents.
Deliverables
• Date, time and number dialed
• Script title used
and fill out a 4-5 questions yes/no survey for each.
In total each call round should take no more than 5-8 minutes at most.
Please do not apply if crime-related content could trigger past trauma; some scripts depict distressing scenarios. A clear speaking voice, dependable phone access and the ability to stay in character are the only technical requirements.
