Albanian British Accent Voiceover

I need a native Albanian accent speaker who can read a script that's British English. It's one short paragraph. Audio quality has to be good, but as it's 'real person' it doesn't have to be studio quality. The message should feel friendly and conversational rather than formal or sales-heavy.
