vm workstation screen hangs and it is not opening after windows update

looking for someone who knows vm workstation trouble shooting very well
today I have updated the windows update and after that vm workstation main screen is not opening - it is showing busy sign - I have tried to uninstall the windows updates but some cannot be uninstalled - I have tried to reinstall the windows and tries vm workstation 15 and vm 16 but both doesnt work
eagerly looking for some guru to get this fixed for me
