No internet on VMware EsXi Windows 10 Virtual Machine

Hello,
I imported a VMDK of Windows 10 virtual machine to a new server running on Vmware esXi 6.5. The virtual machine was running on virtualbox so far, I converted the VDI into VMDK.
Everything works fine but there is NO INTERNET on the virtual machine. I tried to uninstall and reinstall the ethernet adapter on windows but no luck. I installed Vmware tools but does not help.
Error: Ethernet 3 doesn't have a valid IP configuration
I hope you can help! Screenshot attached when I try to troubleshoot the ethernet adapter on windows 10. Any suggestion is welcome
