Vsphere 5.5 Expert Needed - Recover VM w/ Snapshots -- 2

ESXI server died, and we had to reinstall it's OS. It lost it's stored VM's, however the vmdk's are on a SAN repository, so the VM can easily be remade. The issue though is that one of the VM's has 177 snapshots, and when we recreate the VM, the vmdk snapshots don't get added, so it boots the server from 4 months ago. I need someone who knows how to recreate the VM w/ the snapshots, so it boots at the proper stage. Once we have it live, we can consolidate the snapshots.
