VMware guest to run a software that usually runs just on physical machines

I am involved in a project where I need to run a free non-paid software in a vmware guest with Windows 10 that actually does run only on physical machines. The Virtual Guest can in fact be configured in such a way that the software runs, except that I am not an expert in it. If this is a field in which you are good please bid. My budget is 100€.
