- 4+ years Experience running #VMware solutions environment, including familiarity with VMware service operations like upgrading, implementing, migrating or supporting VMware ((#vSphere, #vSAN, #NSX-T, HCX.) environments using #SRE or similar production best practices.
- Experience with any of the following #IaaS solutions: virtual machines and networks, on-premises/hybrid cloud computing, cloud identity and security models, #cloud #monitoring and logging, local and cloud storage.
- Experience with VMware platform and ecosystem tools.
- Administrator-level knowledge and other core VMware production components.
- Outstanding troubleshooting, attention to detail, customer empathy and communication skills in a fast-paced setting.
Work in 24 x 7 support model.
The candidate must be available to work full-time (9-6pm on weekdays) in IST.
